Tony Wenas appointed as PT Inco?s new boss candidate

IDX-listed nickel miner PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk (PT Inco) announced on Wednesday the nomination of Tony Wenas as its President Director, replacing Arif Siregar, who has tendered his resignation.
Siregar?s resignation and Wenas? appointment are subject to the company's standard regulatory approvals and have to be approved by shareholders, who are scheduled to hold their extraordinary general meeting on March 5, 2010, the company said in a press release received by Petromindo.Com on Wednesday.
Until recently, wenas was Director and Executive Vice-President/General Counsel with copper and gold giant PT Freeport Indonesia. (denny)
