Total raises fuel prices

Total Oil Indonesia (TOI) has raised the retail prices of its gasoline following the rise in crude prices on the international market and similar moves by its competitor.
Effective Tuesday evening, the firm has raised the price of Performance 92 gasoline to Rp 6,400 per liter (1US$ = Rp 10,000) from Rp 5,950, Performance 95 to Rp 7,000 per liter from Rp 6,900 per liter. The price of Performance Diesel remains unchanged at Rp 6,900 per liter, company brand and communication manager Rulianti Syahrul said in a statement.
TOI has thus far opened three gas stations in Jakarta and Tangerang, which are located on Jl. MT Haryono, Jl. Daan Mogot and Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), respectively.
State owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina has raised the retail prices of its fuels for this month. (godang)
