France-based oil and gas company Total Indonesie said it had signed a Collective Labor Agreement with its workers, grouped under National Labor Union Total Indonesie.

It said the agreement, which was signed on Aug 28, was expected to enhance the sense of responsibility, trust and positive cooperation between the management and workers.

The company started operations here in 1968 as a production-sharing contractor of state-owned oil and gas firm Pertamina with its operational area in Mahakam, East Kalimantan. (*)
