Total sponsors environmental campaign

Oil and gas firm Total Indonesie has recently sponsored an environmental class to some elementary and junior high school students living nearby the company's operation in East Kalimantan, according to the local Kaltim Post daily.
The paper said that the environmental class was introduced to help protect the local mangrove forest.
The Center for the Study and the Development of Mangrove, an NGO-based in Jakarta, and UNESCO also participated in the environmental class. (*)
