Total to develop 27 more gas stations

Up until now, Total has built and operated eight gas stations (SPBUs) in Jakarta. It plans to add seven more stations until the end of this year.
In 2012, Total plans to open 20 more gas stations in a number of big cities such as Bandung, Jogyakarta, Solo and Surabaya.
?We are serious in expanding our wings in Indonesia,? said Marc Beurier, Regional Business Support & Development of Total Oil Asia-Pacific.
Marc said on average it requires US$ 2 million investment to build one SPBU.
As for lubricant business, Total aims to sell 30,000-35,000 kiloliters of lubricant in domestic market this year. ?We project our (lubricant) sales to rise by around 30 percent this year,? said Vice President Lubricants PT Total Oil Indonesia, Kusdi Widodo. (godang/roffie)
