Trada clinches $114m FSO charter contract from CNOOC

IDX-listed shipping firm Trada Maritime Tbk has secured US$114 million contract to provide floating storage and offloading (FSO) facilities to CNOOC Southeast Sumatra, which operates SES Block offshore West Java.

President Director Danny De Mita was quoted by media as saying that the 127,000 DWT Lentera Bangsa FSO will start service to CNOOC in 2011 for eight years.

Earlier, Trada also bagged $34 million contract to transport crude oil for state oil and gas company PT Pertamina for 5 years. (*)
