Transfer of PI to regional governments in progress

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource is handling the transfer of 10 percent participating interest (PI) in six blocks to the local administrations.
The six blocks are Siak block in Riau; Kampar block in Riau province; Ketapang block in East Java; East Kalimantan block in East Kalimantan; Nunukan block in North Kalimantan and Natuna block in Riau Archipelago., Director General of Oil and Gas IGN Wiratmaja said.
?Hopefully, the transfer process has been finished by the end of this year,? he said.
