PT TRANSPORTATION GAS INDONESIA, a limited liability company established under the law of the Republic of Indonesia and having its registered office at the PGN Complex Gedung B, 2nd Floor, Jl. K.H. Zainul Arifin No. 20, Jakarta Barat 11140-Indonesia, Contact person: R. Widhi, phone: 021 ? 6385 4452, intend to execute the On-Shore Gas Transmission Booster Station Facilities Project and hereby invites the qualified bidders to participate in Bid Qualification for the following services:

Services: PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES (PMC) for the Jabung Gas Booster Station Project (Project Code: GS 3101)

A. Classification
Bidders shall be the consultancy entity either the company, consortium or Joint Venture Company Local or International and having registered office in Indonesia.

B. Scope of Work
Overall project management for approximately 3 years includes: Basic engineering design, EPCC tendering, Project Monitoring, testing and planning for initial operation.

The key managerial personnel shall have at least 15 years experience in leading a team of project management consultant (PMC) for on-shore gas transmission booster station project.

Interested bidders shall obtain the pre-qualification information questionnaire to the following address effectively 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on April 19-20, 2005 and submission of proposal shall be in sealed envelope and marked (Pre Qualification for Consultant) not later than 12:00 a.m. on May 2, 2005.
