Transocean?s Indonesian operations update

World?s largest offshore drilling company Transocean Ltd. Announced Friday that it currently had four rigs operating in Indonesia.
The company?s Sedco 600 semisubmersible rig is contracted to ConocoPhillips Indonesia from November 2002 to March 2003 with daily rate of US$ 52,000, while Sedco 601 is contracted to TotalFinaElf E&P Indonesie from March 2003 to April 2003 with daily rate of $82,000. TotalFinaElf is also contracting the company?s Hibiscus drilling barge from July 2002 until November 2003 with daily contract rate of $ 44,300 and from November 2003 to November 2005 with daily contract rate of $47,700.
The company?s Trident 17 jack-up rig is contracted to BP Indonesia from May 2002 to May 2003, with daily contract rate of $ 55,000. (alex)
