Transportasi Gas Indonesia plans bond: Report

PT Transportasi Gas Indonesia (TGI) plans to sell US$200 million in bonds and has mandated JPMorgan to arrange the debt sale, Reuters reported Friday quoting the debt market news service provider Basis Point.
TGI owns and operates two gas transmission pipelines, the 536-km Grissik? Duri onshore pipeline and the 470-km Grissik ? Singapore onshore & offshore pipeline.
The company is a 60-percent owned subsidiary of state-owned PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, while the remaining stake is held by Transasia Pipeline consortium (ConocoPhillips (35 percent), Petronas (35 percent), Talisman (15 percent), and Singapore Petroleum (15 percent)) (*)
