Triangle announces Board changes

Australia-listed oil, gas firm Triangle Energy Limited announces the resignation of Alastair Morrison as a director at the ASX-listed firm.

Triangle?s filing did not mention the reason behind the resignation nor his replacement. But it did announce further changes in its board of management. The company has appointed Darren Bromley as Company Secretary, replacing Rae Clark.

Bromley has been Chief Financial Officer for Triangle since April 2010 and has experience as a Company Secretary with other companies, including Allied Healthcare Group Limited and QRSciences Holdings Limited.

Triangle has operated the Pase PSC in Aceh since June 2009. In partnership with the Aceh Government, it has registered Aceh Global Energy Pte Ltd a company in which it has 80 percent equity for the future operation of the Pase PSC.
