Triangle Energy appoints new directors

Australia-listed oil, gas firm Triangle Energy (Global) Limited has appointed Alastair Morrison as a director of Triangle Energy and Peter Godfrey as an alternate director of Triangle Energy for Morrison.
The company said over the weekend that Morrison was the global head of Standard Chartered Private Equity. He has worked in private equity for over 25 years in the UK and Asia, and has broad experience of growing companies across a range of industrial sectors.
The company's directors welcome Morrison whose experience will add to the commercial skills of the Board as the Company seeks to become a leading upstream oil and gas developer focused in Indonesia.
