Tridaya Esta to sell 37% Elnusa?s share

PT Tridaya Esta is seeking to sell its 37% stake in listed oil and gas company PT Elnusa for around Rp 1 trillion (1US$ = Rp 10,900), a person familiar with the plan said Wednesday.
There are five serious bidders including state-owned PT Pertamina, which owns a 41% stake in Elnusa, Northstar Pacific, Nippon Oil Corp, Ciptadana Private Equity and Malaysia's Petronas.
The company has appointed Bahana Securitas as underwriter, the person said.
