Truba acquires stake at Meta Epsi

JSX-listed contractor PT.Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering announced on Thursday that it had bought 28.9 percent stake at PT.Meta Epsi for US$6.2 million.
The company said the deal was closed on October 8, 2007.
The company did not give further detail, but according to Meta Epsi website, the company was founded in 1975 as a new construction company has grown to become one of the national?s integrated providers of comprehensive engineering, procurement and construction services for infrastructure, factory and industrial plant projects in water, electricity, oil, gas and petrochemical fields.(alex)
