Truba bags Rp165.9b rental diesel power plant contract from PLN

The consortium of PT Manunggal Enginering and PT Cental Daya Energi, a subsidiry of Jakarta-listed PT Truba Alam Engineering Tbk, has been appointed by state owned electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara to rent and operate an MFO diesel power plant in South Sulawesi.
The power plant has a capacity of 25 MW to be located in in Sungguminasa substation, Gowa regency with contract value of Rp. 165.93 billion (1US$ = Rp 9,420) or Rp 360.80/kWh, Truba said in statement filed with the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
The contract is valid for a period of 3 years, it said. (denny)
