Two directors of Bayan resign

IDX-listed coal firm PT Bayan Resources Tbk announced on Wednesday two of its directors ? Lee Je-Hyung and Hermanto Suparman ? have tendered resignation.
The firm received the letter of resignation from Lee on April 26, while Hermanto?s letter on April 27.
Lee was appointed director of risk management on May 30, 2013, while Hermanto served as taxation and corporate governance since May 28, 2012.
