Two PSCs carrying out study in Halmahera

Two production sharing contractors (PSC), AWE Ltd and Total E&P Indonesie, are carrying out joint study in two separate locations in Halmahera region of North Maluku province.

AWE Ltd is doing joint study in Lengan Selatan of south Halmahera, while Total in southeast Halmahera.

Once the joint studies are completed and the results are positive, the blocks will be put into tender in a direct offer mechanism next year, acting Director General of Oil and Gas Naryanto Wagimin said Wednesday.
