UK gas producer firm British Gas (BG) has bought two cargoes of LNG from the Bontang LNG plant in East Kalimantan on spot market overseas.
?One cargo has been taken by BG, and the other one is on delivery schedule ,? an industry source told Petromindo.com.
BG uses a cargo with big size of 165,000 m3, so it can be said that BG had ordered totally three standard (std) cargoes. A standard cargo equals to 125,000 m3.
Earlier this portal reported that state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero) has managed to sell 10.5 uncommitted cargoes (of a total of 22 uncommitted cargoes this year) of LNG from the Bontang LNG plant on spot market overseas. In addition to BG, Pertamina has also sold two spot-market cargoes of Bontang LNG to UK-based oil giant BP.
