United Tractors reports monthly coal sales from S. Kalimantan mine

South Kalimantan coal mining PT Dasa Eka Jasatama (DEJ), a unit of IDX-listed heavy equipment distributor and coal miner PT United Tractors (UT), sold 291,000 tons of coal in July this year, down from 374,000 tons in the same month of last year.

But compared to the previous month, DEJ's coal sales increased from 249,000 tons, UT said in a statement on Thursday.

DEJ's cumulative sales this year totaled 2.26 million tons as of July.

DEJ's coal product is sold to Noble Group and Glencore AG through UT's coal British Virgin Island-based trading arm Scenic Worldwide Ltd. under term contracts. (denny)
