United Tractors reports monthly coal sales from S. Kalimantan mine

South Kalimantan coal mining PT Dasa Eka Jasatama (DEJ), a unit of IDX-listed heavy equipment distributor and coal miner PT United Tractors (UT), sold 293,000 tons of coal in Sept this year, down from 322,000 tons in the same month last year.

But compared to the previous month, DEJ's coal sales increased from 272,000 tons, UT said in a statement on Thursday.

DEJ's cumulative sales this year totaled 2.823 million tons as of Sept.

DEJ's coal product is sold to Noble Group and Glencore AG through UT's coal British Virgin Island-based trading arm Scenic Worldwide Ltd. under term contracts. (denny)
