United Tractors reports monthly coal sales from S. Kalimantan mine

South Kalimantan coal mining PT Dasa Eka Jasatama (DEJ), a unit of IDX-listed heavy equipment distributor and coal miner PT United Tractors (UT), sold 223,000 tons of coal in October this year, down from 259,000 tons in the same month last year.

Compared to the previous month, DEJ's coal sales also decreased from 302,000 tons, UT said in a statement on Friday.

DEJ's cumulative sales this year totaled 3.08 million tons as of October.

DEJ's coal product is sold to Noble Group and Glencore AG through UT's coal British Virgin Island-based trading arm Scenic Worldwide Ltd. under term contracts. (denny)
