United Tractors? subsidiaries set up new firm

IDX-listed heavy equipment firm PT United Tractors Tbk announced on Friday that its subsidiaries, PT Pamapersada Nusantara and PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara, have set up a new firm called PT Persada Tambang Mulia (PTM).

PTM will be involved in trading, service, land transportation, industry and mining, the firm said, adding that the establishment of the firm is part of the expansion and diversification of all the business of the group, particularly in the mineral sector.

Danusa and Pamapersada have injected Rp 3.712.500.000 and Rp 37.500.000 in capitals into the firm.
