UNTR appoints new top management, including president director

Energy, mining and infrastructure firm PT United Tractors Tbk ( IDX: UNTR) said on Thursday that shareholders have approved a new management lineup, including the appointment of a new president director, at its annual general meeting.

Iwan Hadiantoro was appointed president director, replacing Frans Kesuma, as part of broader changes to the company’s board of directors and commissioners.

Corporate secretary Ari Setiyawan said the company accepted the resignation of several senior executives, including president commissioner Djony Bunarto Tjondro, vice president commissioner Rudy, commissioner Benjamin Herrenden, president director Frans Kesuma, and directors Loudy Irwanto Elias and Iwan Hadiantoro.

The meeting also approved a new board of commissioners, with Frans Kesuma appointed president commissioner and Ignasius Jonan named as an independent commissioner.

Other independent commissioners are Paulus Bambang Widjanarko and Bruce Malcolm Cox, while commissioners include Djoko Pranoto Santoso, Rudy, Gita Tiffani Boer and Lincoln Lin Feng Pan.

The board of directors now comprises Iwan Hadiantoro as president director, along with Idot Supriadi, Widjaja Kartka, Vilihati Surya, Ari Sutrisno, Hendra Hutahean and Andreas as directors.

The company said the changes were approved as part of the 2025 financial year annual general meeting of shareholders.
