URGENT: Rudi Rubiandini appointed vice minister

Rudi Rubiandini, Operation Control Deputy at upstream authority, has been appointed Vice Minister of Energy and Mineral Resource.
President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono announced the appointment of Rudi along with several other vice ministers on Wednesday at the Bogor State Palace.
Rudi, a graduate of prestigious Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and Technische Universitaet Clausthal of Germany, filled out the vice ministerial position that has been left vacant since Widjajono Partowidagdo, Rudi's senior at ITB, died while climbing Mount Tambora in April.
