UT reports higher coal sales from S. Kalimantan mine

South Kalimantan coal mining PT Dasa Eka Jasatama (DEJ), a unit of IDX-listed heavy equipment distributor and coal miner PT United Tractors (UT), sold 232,000 tons of coal in January this year, slightly increase from 201,000 tons in the same month last year.
Compared to the previous month, DEJ's coal sales also up from 201,000 tons tons, UT said in a statement on Thursday.
The company expected to sell 3.5 million tons of its coal in 2010.
DEJ's coal product is sold to Noble Group and Glencore AG under terms contract. (denny)
