UT reports lower coal sales from S. Kalimantan mine

South Kalimantan coal mining PT Dasa Eka Jasatama (DEJ), a unit of IDX-listed heavy equipment distributor and coal miner PT United Tractors (UT), sold 135,000 tons of coal in June this year, down from 258,000 tons in the same month last year.

Compared to the previous month, DEJ's coal sales also down from 166,000 tons tons, UT said in a statement on Tuesday.

DEJ's cumulative sales this year totaled 1.166 million tons as of June, lower compared to the same period of last year at 1.968 million tons

DEJ's coal product is sold to Noble Group and Glencore AG under terms contract. (denny)
