UT reports lower July coal sales from S. Kalimantan mine

South Kalimantan coal mining PT Dasa Eka Jasatama (DEJ), a unit of IDX-listed heavy equipment distributor and coal miner PT United Tractors (UT), sold 233,000 tons of coal in July this year, down from 290,000 tons in the same month last year.

Compared to the previous month, DEJ's coal sales also down from 135,000 tons tons, UT said in a statement on Thursday.

DEJ's cumulative sales this year totaled 1.399 million tons as of June, lower compared to the same period of last year at 2.26 million tons

DEJ's coal product is sold to Noble Group and Glencore AG under terms contract. (denny)
