UT reports monthly coal sales from S. Kalimantan mine

South Kalimantan coal mining PT Dasa Eka Jasatama (DEJ), a unit of IDX-listed heavy equipment distributor and coal miner PT United Tractors (UT), sold 172,000 tons of coal in April this year, down from 287,000 tons in the same month last year.

Compared to the previous month, DEJ's coal sales also down from 254,000 tons, UT said in a statement on Friday.

DEJ's cumulative sales this year totaled 864,000 tons as of April, lower compared to the same period of last year at 1.332 million tons

DEJ's coal product is sold to Noble Group and Glencore AG under terms contract. (denny)
