UT sets up new indirect subsidiary

IDX-listed heavy equipment and coal mining company PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) said Wednesday that its mining subsidiary PT Pamapersada Nusantara has set up a new subsidiary called PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara.
UT said in a statement that Danusa, which is engaged in the business areas of mining, services, and trade, is set up as part of the group?s expansion and diversification strategy.
The shareholders of Danusa are PT Pamapersada and PT Energia Prima Nusantara, which respectively made a deposit of Rp 112.99 billion, and Rp 10 million.
