Vale records highest annual production

(February 18, 2016) -- PT Vale Indonesia Tbk recorded the highest annual production volume in its history in 2015. This production volume of 81,177 metric tons (t) is about 3% higher than the 2014 annual production volume.

Production volume in the fourth quarter of 2015 (4Q15) was about 8% higher than the production volume realized in 4Q14 and an increase of 1% over the volume of the previous quarter (3Q15). The production volume in 4Q15 represents the highest quarterly production volume in the history of PT Vale. The Company maintains its 2016 full year production target of around 80,000 t of nickel.
