Valerus obtains LPG gas processing facility contract

US integrated oil and gas handling equipment and services company Valerus announced that it has been awarded the engineering and fabrication of a 10 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd) LPG gas processing facility by PT Maruta Bumi Prima (MBP).
The facility, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, will process associated gas from gas fields in West Java, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
The project scope includes LPG gas processing equipment, 4,000 HP of compression and related facilities infrastructure, it added.
Valerus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kentz, is a worldwide leader in integrated oil and gas handling and processing.
