Vital Resources to acquire Indonesian upstream asset

Calgary-based junior oil and gas exploration company Vital Resources Corp. announced on Thursday to have entered into an MoU with an undisclosed Houston-based international oil & gas company for the purchase of a 100% interest in two producing oil & gas fields located on the island of Sumatra.
