VP warns Pertamina to complete Natuna partners selection

Vice President Boediono has warned state oil, gas company PT Pertamina (Persero) to complete selection of partner(s) to operate the giant Natuna D Alpha block in Natuna sea by the end of this month.

Media reports said that Boediono during a meeting in Jakarta said that production sharing contract for the block must be signed before the end of November.

Pertamina has short-listed several international companies including previous operator ExxonMobil Corp., Petronas, Total, StatOil and Shell as potential partners to operate the block. (*)
