Waratah Resources signs HOA with Marylebone Capital

ASX-listed Waratah Resources Limited announced on Friday that it has executed a Heads of Agreement (HOA) with Marylebone Capital Corporation Pty Ltd (MCC) regarding a joint venture.

MCC is a boutique investment house specializing in direct and indirect investments in resources, property and other asset classes. MCC?s partners include Simon Butler, Andrew Murray, Shane Lee and Brett Lee who have collectively built deep relationships with global coal and iron ore end users specifically in China and India.

Waratah and MCC are conducting joint negotiations with several coal producers in Indonesia and have signed a co-operative HOA to reflect this joint venture.
