Welby, Blossom acquire shares in Energi Mega

IDX-listed oil and gas company PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk announced Thursday that Welby Capital Ltd and Blossom Global Asset Inc have become shareholders in the company following private placement.
Welby now owns 4.66 percent stake in Energi Mega, while Blossom 4.43 percent, the company said in a statement.
Other shareholders of the company include UBS AG Singapore SIA Reignwood Intl Co Ltd with a 14.63 percent stake, BNYM S/A Mackenzi Cundill Recovery 7.50 percent, PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk 5.71 percent, PT Prudential Life Assurance-Ref 6.48 percent, and public investors 56.58 percent.
