West Madura Offshore's oil and gas production rises

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, a subsidiary of state oil and gas company, said oil and gas production from its West Madura Offshore (WMO) block has increased following a rise of production in two wells.
PHE President Director Salis Aprilian told Petromindo.com, the block's production increased by 4,000 bopd from end January 2012 to 15,455 bopd today, and 7 mmsfd of gas to 147.7 mmscfd.
He said the production rise was contributed by KE30A6 and KE338A21 wells.
Salis expects production to increase from another three wells depending on production test simulation to be carried out this and next week.
