Wilton unveils board changes following retirement of key official

SGX-listed Wilton Resources Corporation Limited, which owns gold mine assets in Indonesia, announced Friday that Chong Chin Fan has retired as the Executive Director and Vice President (Finance) of the company with effect from 31 December 2017.

?The company is in the process of finding a replacement for the position and will announce the appointment via SGXNet in due course,? Wilton said in a statement.

Consequent to the above changes, the composition of the Board is as follows with effect from 31 December 2017:

Board of Directors comprise of Wijaya Lawrence - Executive Chairman and President; Ngiam Mia Je Patrick - Non-Executive Director; Teo Kiang Kok - Lead Independent Non-Executive Director; Seah Seow Kang Steven - Independent Non-Executive Director; Tan Cher Liang - Independent Non-Executive Director.

Wilton started in June 2017 gold production at its Ciemas gold project in Indonesia?s West Java Province.
