WINS sets up new subsidiary

IDX-listed offshore marine services company PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS) has set up a new subsidiary named PT WIN Maritim with 99 percent share ownership.
The company, which involves in the business of oil and gas shipping, said in a report to the IDX on Thursday that the other one percent share is owned by PT Wintermar, which is also its subsidiary.
But it did not give any further details on the business of the new subsidiary.
