Wintermar acquires FMSV firm

IDX-listed offshore support firm PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk reported on Tuesday that it has acquired 51% shares of PT Fast Offshore Indonesia.
The company did not disclose acquisition value.
Fast Offshore Indonesia is a unit of Singapore-established Fast Offshore Supply Pte. Ltd which provides Fast Multi-purpose Supply Vessel (FMSP) to upstream oil, gas operations.
