Wintermar bags $19.2m contract from CNOOC

IDX-listed offshore marine services company PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk through its subsidiary PT Wintermar, has received a letter of award from CNOOC SES Ltd to provide 3 units 100 pax Fast Utility Vessels (FUV) for 5 years contract which will commence in 2013.
The estimated contract value is US$ 19.2 million for 5 years.
The vessel will support CNOOC operations in Pabelokan, North Java Sea, with the scope of work included personnel transport and cargo, the company said on Wednesday.
These high specification high speed vessels are aluminum built and can attain speeds in excess of 25 knots.
CNOOC Ltd Group is China?s largest producer of offshore crude oil and natural gas. In Indonesia , its subsidiary, CNOOC SES Ltd has been contributing significantly for oil supply approximately 43,000 BOP D and 80 BBTU of gas that delivered to PT PLN (Persero) as a fuel gas for power generation plant in Cilegon, Banten.
