Wintermar director tenders resignation

IDX-listed shipping company PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk announced Monday that its Director Marc Peter Thomson had on March 23 tendered resignation letter.
Wintermar said in a statement that the resignation will be ratified by shareholders at an upcoming shareholders meeting on May 18.
According to company website, Thomson, a British citizen, was appointed as chief operating officer and marketing director of the company in August 2012.
Apart from international marketing and business development, he also oversees the fleet and operations division of the company. Prior to joining the company he worked in Swire Pacific Offshore as director and country manager from 2010-2013. He graduated with a Master of Arts ? Economics and Management from University of St Andrews, Scotland in 2007.
