Wintermar plans IPO in November

Marine company servicing upstream oil, gas industry PT Wintermar is planning to list shares at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in November this year to raise US$45 million, Bisnis Indonesia reported.
IDX Director Eddy Sugito said that the company will likely sell 25 percent stake with PT Bahana Securities and PT CIMB Securities Indonesia as underwriters.
Wintermar Managing Director Sugiman Layanto said proceed from the IPO will be used to expand the company?s fleet. (*)
