Wintermar secures a contract from Niko

PT Wintermar Offshore Marine, an Indonesia-listed upstream offshore vessel sesvices provider, announced that it had secured a US$66.7 contract from Calgary-based oil and gas firm Niko Resources.
The company said in a report that Niko Resources (South East Ganal 1) Ltd awarded Wintermar the contract in mid July to provide 1 unit of anchor handling towing supply vessel with bollard pull 200 - 220 tons.
The contract is for a term of 4 years, with a fifth-year option, beginning in the second half of 2012.
Niko is active in twenty two Production Sharing Contracts, operating fifteen of them and has non-operating interest in the seven.
