Xin Fa Minerals to start production in first half 2014

PT Xin Fa Minerals is expected to start gold production in the first half of 2014 from its concession in Gunung Subang, Cianjur, West Java.

?After conducting geo scanner exploration, we?ve found promising reserves. Right now, we?re continuing with the exploration boring (method),? said Director of Xin Fa Minerals, Ladjiman Damanik to Petromindo.com Tuesday.

The exploration boring, Ladjiman said is implemented to bore 40 additional holes to obtain proven reserves. ?We hope that initial production can start in the first half of 2014.?

Regarding, production capacity, he said that it will be made in accordance with the results of the ongoing efforts to determine the proven reserves. ?For certain, this concession will have medium scale gold production.?

In terms of market, Ladjiman said that output will be sold to the local retail markets in Jakarta and West Java areas such as Bogor and Sukabumi.
