The objective of these SERVICES is to replace obsoleted excitation control system at 2 (two) gas turbine generator to extend the life-cycle of the units with new generator excitation system and features enhancement such as local and remote PC (Personal Computer) based HMI (Human Machine Interface) in compliance to company Process Control Network security standard. The work location is for Central Gas Turbine (CGT) 01, Minas Gas Turbine (MGT) 10, and Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG).

The objective of these SERVICES is to replace obsoleted control system at 2 (two) gas turbine generator to extend the life-cycle of the units with new gas turbine control system and features enhancement such as local and remote PC (Personal Computer) based HMI (Human Machine Interface) in compliance to company Process Control Network security standard.

The objective of these SERVICES is to replace obsoleted HRSGs control system to extend the life-cycle of the units with new control system and features enhancement such as local and remote PC (Personal Computer) based HMI (Human Machine Interface) in compliance to company Process Control Network security standard.

Ketentuan-ketentuan untuk Konsorsium / Provisions for Consortium:

1. Pemuka Konsorsium / Leadfirm:

Dalam hal Konsorsium, Perusahaan Dalam Negeri harus bertindak sebagai Pemuka Konsorsium (Leadfirm) / In the event of Consortium, Domestic Company must act as Leadfirm of Consortium.

2. Keanggotaan Perusahaan Asing / Foreign Company membership:

Konsorsium tidak dapat beranggotakan Perusahaan Asing / Consortium can not be composed of Foreign Company.

3. Minimal salah satu pihak yang tergabung dalam Konsorsium memiliki izin usaha yang sesuai dengan yang dipersyaratkan / At least one of parties in Consortium has business license as per requirement.

4. Pemuka Konsorsium (Leadfirm) harus memenuhi golongan usaha yang dipersyaratkan. / Leadfirm has to meet business classification as per requirement.

5. Golongan usaha dari setiap pihak yang tergabung dalam Konsorsium tidak melebihi golongan usaha yang dipersyaratkan. / Business classification from all parties joined in the Consortium must not exceedrequirement.

B. Dokumen Prakualifikasi / Prequalification Document

1. Surat Permohonan mengikuti prakualifikasi / Cover Letter to participate in prequalification.

2. Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi (SPDA) dari sistem (CIVD) yang masih berlaku pada subbidang usaha yang sesuai dengan pengumuman ini. / Centralized Integrated Vendor Database Valid Administration Document Replacement Certificate (SPDA) from Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) system on the business subfield as per this announcement.

Bagi Calon Peserta yang mendaftar sebagai Konsorsium, persyaratan ini berlaku bagi semua anggota konsorsium. / This requirement is applicable for all consortium members in the event that Bidder Candidate registers as Consortium.

Jika anggota konsorsium bukan berbadan hukum Indonesia (Perusahaan Asing), maka SPDA dalam CIVD sesuai dokumen-dokumen yang dipersyaratkan oleh Pelaksana Prakualifikasi, misalnya: Akta Pendirian, Surat Keterangan Domisili. / In the event the consortium member is not incorporated under Indonesia law (Foreign Company), SPDA CIVD refer to requirements of Tender Executor, e.g.: Article of Incorporation, Certificate of Domicile.

3. Persyaratan Prakualifikasi dapat dilihat pada laman http://www.indonesia.chevron.com, menu "kerja sama dengan kami -> pengadaan barang dan jasa -> pengumuman lelang". Hanya Penyedia Barang/Jasa yang memiliki SPDA yang masih berlaku pada subbidang usaha yang sesuai yang dapat mengikuti proses Prakualifikasi ini. / Prequalification requirements are detailed in http://www.indonesia.chevron.com, menu "work with us -> suppliers -> tenders announcement". Only Goods/Services Provider that has valid SPDA in relevant subfield may participate in this Prequalification process.

4. Khusus untuk Tender Barang, dalam hal Calon Peserta Tender merupakan Agen/Distributor yang ditunjuk oleh pabrikan dalam negeri, harus menyerahkan bukti sebagai Agen/Distributor dari pabrikan dalam negeri. / Especially for Tender of Goods, in the event Bidder Candidate is appointed Agent/Distributor of domestic manufacturer, must submit evidence as Agent/Distributor from the domestic manufacturer.

1. Pengumuman ini mengacu pada Pedoman Tata Kerja SKK Migas No.PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi 4) dan Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Tender No.EDR-0167/SKKMH0000/2017/S7 / This announcement is subject to the provisions under SKK Migas Work Procedure "No.PTK- 007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0" (Revision 4) and Tender Implementation Guideline "No.EDR-0167/SKKMH0000/2017/S7".

2. Ketentuan lain terkait prosedur pendaftaran akan mengacu kepada PROSEDUR PENDAFTARAN TENDER yang dapat diunduh melalui laman

3. Hanya Peserta Prakualifikasi yang dinyatakan lulus Prakualifikasi yang akan diundang untuk mengikuti proses Tender terkait. / Only Prequalification Participants that has been declared as passed the Prequalification process will be invited to participate in the related Tender process.

4. Peserta Prakualifikasi yang tidak dapat memenuhi persyaratan dan dokumen Prakualifikasi akan dinyatakan tidak lulus proses Prakualifikasi. / Prequalification Participants that cannot fulfill Prequalification requirements and documents will be declared as not passed Prequalification process.

5. Pendaftaran dan pemasukan dokumen di luar waktu dan tempat yang ditentukan di atas tidak dapat diterima. / Registration and document submission beyond the above designated time and place is unacceptable.
