ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RE-PREQUALIFICATION

The Emission Reduction in Cities Programme - Solid Waste Management comprises 4 (four) construction projects similar in size and complexity in the two cities of Jambi and Malang and the two regencies of Jombang and Sidoarjo. In June 2017 and June 2018, the Regency of Jombang had already announced prequalilication processes, which were both unsuccessful. This is the Announcement for Re-Prequalification of the project in Jombang Regency comprising limited modifications of the previous prequalilication processes.

The Bidding Committee of the Emission Reduction in Cities Programme - Solid Waste Management for Jombang Regency in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing aims to prequalify Applicants for the following Construction Works:

1. Project : Emission Reduction in Cities Programme - Solid Waste Management, Jombang Regency, Indonesia 

Construction Works Contract :

One (1) Contract comprising of 2 (two) combined Parts:

1) Part 1: Construction of a new landfill cell, 1 (one) leachate treatment plant (LTP) and all related infrastructure (e.g. roads, buildings, weighbridge, etc.) according to FIDIC Pink Book

2) Part 2: Design and construction of 1 (one) municipal solid waste sorting plant, 1 (one) green/park waste composting plant, related equipment and infrastructure not covered by Part 1 according to

FIDIC Yellow Book

Type of Bidding : International Competitive Bidding (ICB)

Project Cost Estimate : EUR 12,426,392

(excluding VAT)

Source of Funds : Loan from KfW BMZ No. 2010 66 471 dated on 02 May 2013

2. Eligible Applicants : Any entity (national or international) experienced in construction works as required under the Request for Prequalilication. Prequalification is subject to the regulations contained in the ”Guidelines for Procurement”.(see www.kfw-entwicklungsbank.de)

3. Registration and Obtaining the Request for Prequalification

Obtaining RFPO : After registration, the Request for Prequalilication shall be sent to the Applicant by e-mail.

Prequalihcation Meeting : 12 September 2019 at 10:00 am Surabaya time (GMT+7) at office of Bidding Committee in Surabaya

Submission Deadline : 07 October 2019 at 1:00 pm Surabaya time (GMT+7) at office of Bidding Committee in Surabaya
