PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) specialises in gold and silver exploration, mining, and processing at the Martabe Gold Mine in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. PTAR is headquartered in Jakarta and employs over 3,000 workers as of 2024, with more than 99% being Indonesian citizens and over 70% recruited locally. Committed to safe, sustainable operations, PTAR prioritises minimising environmental impact while delivering long-term benefits to local stakeholders.
The Martabe Gold Mine, located in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, operates across 646.08 hectares as of December 2024. Since production began on 24 July 2012, the mine has processed over 6 million tonnes of ore annually, producing more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1–2 million ounces of silver annually.
The Martabe Gold Mine operates under a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) with the Indonesian Government. Initially spanning 6,560 km² in 1997, the concession area has been refined to 130,252 hectares (1,303 km²), encompassing South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal Regencies.
As of June 2024, the mine’s mineral resources were estimated at 6.1 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver, while ore reserves were calculated at 3.2 million ounces of gold and 32 million ounces of silver.
Exploration constitutes a vital component of PTAR’s operations, aimed at expanding existing resource bases and discovering new mineral deposits in line with our contractual obligations. The Exploration Department is responsible for overseeing the diamond drilling contract.
PTAR hereby invites a single, highly qualified and experienced contractor to participate in a tender for the provision of Transport and Logistics Services. The scope of services required includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Transport Bio Diesel (B40) from Pertamina’s depots located in Sibolga, or occasionally from Dumai, for delivery to PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) site in Batangtoru, South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. |

Possess a valid fuel transportation operating license issued by the relevant government authority. |

Supply an appropriate fleet of tanker trucks or trailer tanks with the following specifications:

Establish and enforce comprehensive procedures for Fatigue Management and Risk Management in all aspects of operations. |

The estimated volume of fuel to be transported is approximately 1,600,000 liters per month, or 19,200,000 liters annually. This figure is subject to change based on PTAR’s operational requirements. |
Qualified contractors with extensive experience and expertise preferably based in the North Sumatra region are invited to express their interest in providing services related to mining operations. Interested parties must demonstrate a proven track record of at least five (5) years in delivering similar services, with preference given to those with experience in the gold mining sector.
