EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR HELICOPTER CHARTER SERVICES

The Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mining area covers an area of 30 km² which is under the sixth generation Contract of Work (COW) with a total area of 1,303 km². The Martabe Gold Mine is located on the west side of the island of Sumatra, Batang Toru Sub-district, North Sumatra Province

The Martabe Gold Mine began full production on 24 July 2012 and has a resource base as of 30 June 2022, of 6.5 million oz of gold and 64 million oz of silver. The operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine is more than 7 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1-2 million ounces of silver per year. 

 PT Agincourt Resources involves more than 3,000 employees and contractors, around 99% of whom are Indonesian citizens, and more than 70% are from local villages

We hereby invite a sole highly experienced Air Charter Services Company  (Contractor) to provide Helicopter Charter Services. The services required include but are not limited to the following :

No	General Requirement
1`	Contract for Manpower Supply – Skilled, Semi-Skilled, Un-skilled and other categories for 2 (two) years for PTAR related to supporting the following works: electrical & mechanical installer, production assistance, maintenance helper, flying camp or exploration crew, non-technical supervisory work and other supporting jobs.
2	The Aircraft shall be suitable for Indonesian airspace operations, operating to Day Visual Flight Rules, primarily in the regions of Central and Northern Sumatra including Medan, Indonesia
3	The Contractor shall furnish, manage, operate and maintain Aircraft that shall be properly licensed to operate in Indonesia, constructed to internationally recognized standards, certified, equipped and fully prepared for safe and proper use.
4	Management and the operation will include sufficient full-time, properly licensed and task-experienced senior pilots and crew. All crew, ground support, load and maintenance Personnel shall be, qualified and competent in accordance with DGAC requirements.
5	Maintenance activities of all spare parts and consumables, ground support equipment, all tooling, inventory management, specialist maintenance and testing equipment, the supply of a supplemental aircraft of similar capability, maintenance manuals, procedures and programs, a field-based designated Senior Engineer, sufficient numbers of mechanical and avionic licensed engineers.

 

Interested Contractor with a similar line of business having experiences in providing the similar scope of services in mining operations (preferably in a Gold Mining Company), may register from 24 January until 06 February 2023 by sending your Expression of Interest letter to the Tender Administrators email (max 10 MB per email):

5. Specification of the proposed helicopter along with the Operations Specifications, Certificate of Registration, Standard Certificate of Airworthiness, Special Certificate of Airworthiness, and Certificate of Registration

6. Valid Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS) Certificate

7. List of Clients and Experiences
