EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR MANPOWER SUPPLY SERVICES

PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) is a prominent mining company in Indonesia, specialising in the exploration and mining of precious metals such as gold and silver. The Company’s primary operating site is the Martabe Gold Mine in the Indonesian province of North Sumatra, while our headquarters in Jakarta facilitates and manages the corporate functions of the Company.

The area of the Martabe Gold Mine is based on a sixth-generation 30-year Contract of Work with the Government of Indonesia. The total area is 130,252 hectares, or 1,303 km² covering South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli, and Mandailing Natal Regencies. The operational area of the Martabe Gold Mine in South Tapanuli Regency is 509 hectares as of January 2022.

As of 30 September 2023, our mineral resources amounted to of 6.2 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver. Production The operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine is more than 7 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1-2 million ounces of silver per year.

We cordially invite a distinguished Manpower Supply Company (Contractor) with significant expertise to offer Manpower Supply (Outsourcing) Services. The services sought encompass, among other responsibilities, the following:

No	General Requirement
1.	Manpower Supply Contract: Provision of skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled, and other categories of manpower for a duration of two (2) years for Agincourt Resources, to support various activities including electrical and mechanical installations, production assistance, maintenance support, flying camp or exploration crew, non-technical supervisory roles, and other ancillary tasks.
2.	Establishment of Representative Office: In Batang Toru, South Tapanuli
3.	Digitalization-Based System (HRIS): The outsourcing company is required to possess a digitalized Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
4.	Employee Relations System: The company should have a system in place for managing employee relations that complies with relevant industrial relations laws and regulations.

Contractors with a parallel line of business and a track record of providing services of commensurate scope within mining operations, preferably in a Gold Mining Company, are invited to express their interest by registering.
