EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR REVERSE CIRCULATION DRILLING SERVICES

PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) is a prominent mining company in Indonesia, specialising in the exploration and mining of precious metals such as gold and silver. The Company’s primary operating site is the Martabe Gold Mine in the Indonesian province of North Sumatra, while our headquarters in Jakarta facilitates and manages the corporate functions of the Company.

The area of the Martabe Gold Mine is based on a sixth-generation 30-year Contract of Work with the Government of Indonesia. The total area is 130,252 hectares, or 1,303 km² covering South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli, and Mandailing Natal Regencies. The operational area of the Martabe Gold Mine in South Tapanuli Regency is 509 hectares as of January 2022.

As of 30 September 2023, our mineral resources amounted to of 6.2 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver. Production The operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine is more than 7 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1-2 million ounces of silver per year.

We cordially invite a distinguished Drilling Services Company (Contractor) with extensive experience to participate in providing Reverse Circulation Drilling Services. The scope of this invitation pertains solely to Transport Services, and it is important to note that the provision of fuel is not within the purview of this tender. The requested services encompass a comprehensive range, including but not limited to:

1	Reverse Circulation Drilling Services Scope: a. Resource Development Drilling - Drill dip holes of 5 ½” RC with depths ranging from 0 to 350 meters. b. Grade Control Drilling - Conduct drilling activities with 5 ½” RC at depths ranging from 0 to 50 meters. c. Horizontal Drilling, Water Well Drilling & Piezometer Holes - Perform drilling with 5 ½” RC at depths of 0 to 200 meters. This includes horizontal drilling, water well drilling, and piezometer holes. d. Variable Rig Requirement - Accommodate a variable requirement between 2-3 drill rigs as needed. e. RC Full Rod Handler Installation - Implement the installation of RC full rod handlers for operational efficiency.
2	Supply of Compressor & Booster - Provide the necessary compressor and booster equipment.
3	Supply of Power Generator & Tools - Ensure the provision of power generators and required tools for the drilling operations
4	On-Site Workshop & Storage Facility - Establish and maintain an on-site workshop and storage facility to support the drilling services.

Contractors with relevant expertise in a similar line of business, specifically those with demonstrated experience in delivering services within the outlined scope in mining operations, particularly with proficiency in operating drill rigs, preferably in the context of a Gold Mining Company, are invited to register. The registration period is open from March 1 to March 14, 2024, until 17:00 WIB. Interested parties are required to submit their Expression of Interest letters via email to the Tender Administrators, with each email not exceeding 10 MB in size.
